Description
Events held at the Little White Church and conducted by the Christian Action Council of Palmerton Area Churches (CACPAC) include:

~~~~~ A HEALING SERVICE
On Sunday evening, May 18, 2008, the community Healing Service consisted of hymns, prayers, a short sermon by Reverend George Eckstein pastor of First United Church of Christ in Palmerton, and Communion. Small groups participated in intense prayer and anointing was also offered for those requesting healing.
~~~~~ A THANKSGIVING EVE SERVICE

On November 21, 2007 although the Thanksgiving Eve service was planned and coordinated by member churches of CACPAC, Palmerton Area Historical Society members Mrs. Shirley Blynn and Mrs. Marge Porambo provided creative fall arrangements for the front of the church and provided handcrafted book designs and fall candles for every window sill.

Mr. and Mrs. Heydt (Jeff and Lori) served as ushers while the Reverend George Eckstein extended a warm welcome. Mr. Ted Steinbrecher provided the musical accompaniment on the old pump organ while those in attendance sang the hymns. Reverend Eckstein delivered the sermon "The Danger of Forgetting." Mr. Biff Hayes led the Litany of Confession, Reverends Nathan Fry, Jody Neifert, and Paul Schoffstall read the Scripture lessons, and Reverend Jody Neifert pronounced the benediction.

Events held at the Little White Church and conducted by the Palmerton Area Historical Society (PAHS) include:

~~~~~ A Memorial Day service
~~~~~ Annual Ecumenical Christmas Services
~~~~~ Several Weddings
The very first wedding was held on February 13, 2005, just in time for Valentine's Day. A beautiful fall ceremony was held on October 21, 2006 and another after Christmas on December 27, 2006. For the winter wedding, the bride requested that the lovely decorations for the Ecumenical Christmas service remain as part of the setting for her wedding. Two more weddings were held in 2008 in April and in November on Thanksgiving Day.
